- 1.5 oz of Mezcal Espadín Joven Ramo de Rosas
- 1.5 oz roasted pineapple juice
- 20 ml of green lemon juice
- 10 ml of cassis
- 10 ml of agave honey
- 30 ml egg white

- Half "frost" of worm salt
- Dehydrated rose petals


1. In a shaker, add the Espadín Joven Ramo de Rosas , the roasted pineapple juice, the lime juice, the cassis, the agave honey and the egg white.

2. Add ice to the shaker.

3. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to emulsify the egg white and cool the mixture.

4. Frost half the rim of the martini or old fashion glass with worm salt.

5. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.

6. Decorate the cocktail with dried rose petals.
